AIDS PATIENTS, 'SUSPECTS' KEPT TOGETHER, INCREASING RISKS. By Juan Antonio Soto, Cuba Free Press.
Sancti Spiritus.-People afflicted with AIDS tell Cuba Free Press that the nourishment they receive is just as inadequate as the medical treatment. Some people are only suspected of having contracted the virus but are kept with those who are known to be infected, which leaves the 'suspects" with the risk of contracting this deadly disease; individuals don't have their own razorblades for shaving, so must share with others or go without shaving. In the penitentiaries, prisoners are treated the same way.
