CUBANS HAVE FEW TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS By Luis Ramón Hernández, Cuba Free Press.
VILLA CLARA - Cubans in the central provinces of Cienfuegos, Sancti Spíritus and Villa Clara don't have many options when it comes to transportation.
Due to the scarcity of buses and spare parts, most towns have only one bus a day into the provincial capital, where passengers may transfer to reach another destination. Meanwhile, the scarcity of fuel effectively limits use of the few private cars still kept in running order.
