CASTRO'S RADIO STATIONS FLOODED WITH CALLS DEMANDING IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF DR. OSCAR ELIAS BISCET. By Roberto Larramendi, Cuba Free Press.

Havana.- Well-informed and reliable sources have informed Cuba Free Press that the Cuban government's radio stations, COCO, Cadena Habana and Radio Rebelde have been flooded with calls from their listeners demanding the immediate release of Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet. He has been detained at the Technical Department of Investigations (DTI) at 100th and Adalbo Sts. since last November.

Besides calling for Dr. Biscet's release, the anonymous callers have also spoken against the government, according to a neighbor of the program director of the powerful Radio Rebelde.

One of Radio Rebelde's functions is to block transmission into Cuba of Radio Marti's radio waves. So Radio Rebelde reaches the the airwaves using the frequencies from Radio Marti's urban area.
