JAILER FRANCISCO GOMEZ PEREZ BEATS HANDCUFFED PRISONER By Marvin Hernández Monzón, Cuba Free Press.
HAVANA - The second in command of "interior order" at the Cienfuego province prison Ariza beat a handcuffed prisoner May 7 in the presence of several other prison officials. The beaten inmate, of cell block seven, is Hediberto Núñez Hernández. He suffered cuts on both wrists due to the beating on the handcuffs disabling him.
The information was forwarded by the Political Prisoners Movement at Ariza, in Las Villas. The data said the punishment of Núñez Hernández was witnessed also by the prison chiefs of re-education and interior order.
