NEW POLITICAL PARTY SEEKS TO ESTABLISH ITSELF By Alberto Iglesia, Cuba Free Press.

HAVANA - Dozens of opinion surveys undertaken throughout the island to assess public opinion regarding the desperate situation which the country is undergoing have shown that 83.3% of the Cuban people oppose the archaic government which has been in power for 40 years.

The Communist Party militants throughout the island represent 14% of the electorate while 86% are not part of it, hence a small minority is sustained by a military command and a fearsome political police.

Faced with this reality many Cubans, inspired by noble patriots, decided to found the Party of Liberation Integration (PIL), seeking to establish close interactions with the common people.
